Jordan & Williams, LLC is planning a major new "Class A"  healthcare development in Titusville.

We need your help.  In order to properly plan the development, we need input from you, to determine the level of need for each type of medical service.  You may know of a missing medical service needed in Titusville, or you may need new office space for your growing practice.  Investors will recognize the value of investing in medical office space before the baby boom generation begins to dramatically impact the medical community. 

Please review the attached brochure and fill out and return the Indication of Interest survey form.  Your response will help us keep you informed of the progress of the project. 

Our process to ownership is:    1) Indication of Interest, 2) Space Reservation Agreement,

3) Interior Architecture Agreement, 4) Construction Contract and Real Estate Purchase Contract, 5) Certificate of Occupancy and Closing.

Pricing will be estimated at the time of the Space Reservation Agreement, and refined after completion of your interior architecture.
